BRYKK Local Terms of Service

Effective July 22, 2026

BRYKK Local ("the Service") is a neighborhood marketplace where people buy, sell, request, and meet locally. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The basics

• You must be 18 or older.
• One account per person, with accurate information.
• You're responsible for what you post and how you transact.

Transactions are between neighbors

BRYKK Local is a bulletin board, not a party to any transaction. We don't process payments between users, hold items, guarantee condition or authenticity, or mediate disputes. Inspect items before paying; use common sense.

Meetups

Suggested "safe spots" (fire stations, police departments, libraries) are conveniences, not guarantees of safety. Meet in public, bring a friend when it feels right, and trust your instincts. You meet other users at your own risk.

Prohibited listings

Do not post: weapons or ammunition; illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia; prescription medication; alcohol or tobacco; counterfeit or stolen goods; recalled items; live animals; adult content or services; anything illegal to sell in your jurisdiction; or listings designed to scam, mislead, or harass.

Community conduct

• No harassment, hate, threats, or spam.
• Reviews must reflect real transactions and honest experiences.
• Reported content is hidden pending human review. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.

Content you post

You own your content. You grant BRYKK a license to display it within the Service (that's how listings work). Don't post content you don't have rights to.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRYKK is not liable for damages arising from transactions, meetups, or user content. Our total liability is limited to $100.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. You can delete your account any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
